Sunrise in Puerto Morelos, Mexico

This unique retreat is for YOU if you are looking to make changes to your life but don’t know where to start. Enjoy a week to focus on YOU. Work with the power of Mayan ceremonies, coaching, yoga, meditation, and nature to manifest the life you want to live.

This retreat is the perfect combination of inner work and relaxation. It takes place in a special town called Puerto Morelos – a hidden gem along the Riviera Maya coastline of Mexico at Casa Om.

The power of place is real, and being in this place has been healing to Karen and Emilie and many other retreaters who’ve spent time in this spiritual beach community. Karen also manifested her dream of buying a home in Puerto Morelos, and now spends several months here each winter.

Karen and Emilie have created a special retreat for you to manifest your dreams. Let us be your guide for an unforgettable journey to support your next-level growth.

Mayan Cacao Ceremony

A cacao ceremony is a beautiful opportunity to connect with yourself on a deeper level and with those sharing the ceremony journey alongside you. The cacao offers great insights, creativity, and inspiration. It is also well known for its heart-opening properties and mood-boosting effects. It can be quite a lively and euphoric experience!

Mayan Temazcal Ceremony

Temazcal literally means “house of heat” in the Nahuatl language. In fact, this experience takes place in a sweat lodge also called temazcal. Temazcal promotes the relaxation of the muscular system and relieves pain. Sweat cleanses the body of toxins and is good for the respiratory system. But the temazcal is not just a simple steam bath. It’s an inner journey that helps you to reconnect with yourself for self-healing.

Diving & Snorkeling

Scuba diving in the National Reef Park of Puerto Morelos. The second largest reef in the world (the Mesoamerican Reef), runs parallel with the Mayan Riviera coastline; spanning all the way to Honduras.

Snorkeling + Secret Sandbar Catamaran adventure.

Cenote Swimming

Cenotes are fantastic water deposits and caverns that were flooded during the last ice age and were created by soft and porous limestone erosion. Besides being time capsules where you can see incredible calcareous formations, such as stalactites and stalagmites, they are the main source of fresh water in the area. In the Mayan world, they were fountains of life that provided vital liquid. Cenotes also serve as an entrance to the wonders of the underworld and the center of communion with the gods.
